    If unauthorized third parties gain access to course content due to a breach of clause 7.3.8 of this Agreement, the user responsible will be required to pay a fine of £10,000 GBP for each instance of unauthorized access.
    14.8 Unsolicited Commercial Content
    If a user posts unsolicited commercial advertisements or promotional content without written consent, they will be liable to pay a fine of £200 GBP for each instance, payable upon written demand.
