Relationship with my husband.  I did a drawings surrounding emotional loneliness, partnership, and communications. My husband and are talking deeper than ever..

I did 2 drawings (about health). One surrounding exercise and another surrounding healthy exacting. I lost 25 pound by walking 3-5 miles daily, and got off of sugar without the need of will power.

I started my specialist course in April this year. I chose to do neurographica after having incredible results from the Algorithm for Removing Limitations. This is one of my favourite algorithms, the other being neurotree with neurosnow very close behind.

I chose to do my case on my business and with each drawing, I let go of things I had previously been hung up on and had an abundance of ideas flowing during and after each drawing. I love the way neurographica focuses internal energy and brings results and opportunities in the external world. I believe neurographica works so well because it engaged so many senses and for me it has been an immersive experience. The clients I worked with both showed incredible growth over the course of their cases. Including increased confidence, motivation and direction. I am looking forward to exploring more courses to expand my knowledge further.

As an autistic counsellor, neurographica has become a fantastic tool for me. I was working with a young autistic man; drawing helps him recognise and articulate his feelings, which he usually avoids discussing. After he drew SCORE, he mentioned that he expresses himself better, and after our sixth drawing, he said his anxiety nearly disappeared while in his office. I believe neurographica would be a valuable tool for communicating with autistic clients.

The whole process gave me different, deeper look at myself.
